The home itself is kept extremely clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The food is varied and very well presented and the dining room is well laid out. There is a variety of lounges and seating areas for the residents and visitors to use. I would highly recommend this home. I believe that the staff treat all the residents with the same care, dignity and respect that you would wish for your relative. It is never an easy decision to make but I am content that Newcross offers the highest level of care and I am glad we chose this home for my Mother.
