David, the sales guy who arranged my purchase, was one of the nicest guys you could meet, and very kindly arranged delivery of my bike for the following day. Everyone there was kind and welcoming and truly made you feel included in the process (This is often not the case when buying from dealers). I would highly recommend Stratstone H-D, and they will be the first ones I look too, should I wish to purchase another machine.
